By creating an account and volunteering with Bandu Sewa Foundation, you agree to abide by our code of conduct and these Terms of Service.

2. Volunteer Responsibilities

You must conduct yourself professionally and respectfully during all NGO drives.
Check-ins must be genuine and performed at the actual event location.
Fraudulent check-ins or misuse of the volunteer passport will result in immediate account termination.

3. Donations

All donations made through our platform are final. Tax exemption certificates (80G/12A) will be issued based on the details provided during the donation process. It is your responsibility to provide accurate PAN details.

4. Limitation of Liability

Bandu Sewa Foundation is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during voluntary fieldwork. Volunteers participate at their own risk.
